- You can request a complimentary early check-in two hours before the hotel check-in time (2:00 p.m.), according to hotel availability.

- According to hotel availability, there is a 20% discount on early check-in fees before 12:00 noon.

- 10% discount on the published rate if the reservation is through our website only (www.azurhospitality.com).

- 10% discount on supplements for the next room category, according to hotel availability.

- Complimentary late check-out request till 02:00 pm with prior notice of 24 hours, according to hotel availability.

- According to hotel availability, there is a 20% discount on late check-out requests till 06:00 pm with prior notice of 24 hours.

- 30% discount on late check-out requests by a maximum of 09:00 pm with prior notice of 24 hours, according to hotel availability.

- 10% discount on food & beverages, which are not included in our all-inclusive meal plan (excluding taxes, except Al Raouche).

- 10% discount on laundry service (except dry cleaning).

- Complimentary in-room V.I.P. amenities.

Terms & Conditions

- All privileges are subject to hotel availability.

- All special requests must be notified to the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival.

- APG reserves the right to terminate membership for any member who violates the program in any way or who intentionally violates the terms and conditions. 

- APG also reserves the right to terminate membership for any member who comes into contact with local legislation or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, theft or dishonesty in connection with APG membership. Such termination of membership may result in forfeiture of all accrued nights and cancellation of APG privileges. In addition to suspending APG membership, APG reserves all rights to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, if required.

- It is not permitted to give the card to friends or acquaintances so that they can benefit from the program's amenities.
