Please take a moment to review our house rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Check-in Procedures

- Check-in is at 2 PM

- Early Check-In can be provided and it is subject to an extra charge and the hotel’s availability.

- An official photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit are required at check-in for any supplementary charges

- The hotel accepts cash and credit cards (Amex, Visa, and Master Cards)

- No minimum stay condition, except during the peak periods (e.g. national public holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year, months of July & August, etc.)

- Pets and service animals are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas

- Smoking is allowed in designated areas

Check-out procedures

- Late Check-Out until 6 PM can be provided and it is subject to a charge of 50% of the accommodation type’s rate and the hotel’s availability

- Late Check-Out after 6 PM can be provided and it is subject to a charge of 100% of the accommodation type’s rate and the hotel’s availability

Payment Policies

- A credit card number, with a valid expiry date, is required to guarantee the reservation

- The hotel has the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card before the guest’s arrival to guarantee the reservation

- Upon Check-In, the full stay’s payment will be debited from the guest's credit card

- The payment & cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate type (refundable or non-refundable), accommodation type (one or two-bedroom suite), seasonality (peak period or off-peak), and the hotel’s availability of suites

- The hotel has the right to change, at any time, the policies related to rates, reservations, payments, cancellations, no-shows, and early and late departures. Please ensure that you review all your reservations policies before proceeding with the payment

CANCELLATION POLICIES

- All year round, except during the peak periods: A free cancellation 24 hours before the guest’s arrival

- In case of cancellation within 24 hours, a one-night stay charge is applied

- Cancellation during the peak periods: A free cancellation 7 days before the guest’s arrival

- In case of cancellation within 7 days, the full stay's charge is applied

No-Show Policy

- All year round, except during the peak periods: A one-night stay charge is applied

- No-Show - during the peak periods: The full-stay charge is applied

Early Departure Policy

- All year round, except during the peak periods: The early departure is free. No charge is applied.

- Early departure during the peak periods: The full-stay charge is applied

Kids & Children Policy

- Azur One Eleven Hotel welcomes children of all ages

- Kids below six years old must be supervised and accompanied by their parents

- Kids below six years old are on a complimentary basis when sharing their parents’ suite on the same meal plan, with a maximum of 2 kids per suite

- Children between six and twelve years old are on a complimentary basis, for the suite accommodation when sharing their parents’ suite - with a maximum of 2 children per room - while their meals will be charged as follows:

  • + The first child, sharing the parents’ suite, between six and twelve years old, is on a complimentary basis for both the accommodation and meals
  • + The second child, sharing the parents’ suite, between six and twelve years old, will be charged 50% of the accommodation rate for the meals
  • + Children as of twelve years old and above are considered adults

Safety & Hygiene Standards

- The hotel follows all sanitization practices of the accredited outsourced hygiene auditing company

- The hotel follows all sanitization practices of TÜV (3rd party expert – Global)

- The hotel follows all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities

- The hotel is cleaned with disinfectants

- The temperature of team members is regularly checked by the management

- A first aid kit is available

- The doctor is on call upon request
